18 Month Check Up

It's hard to believe our little baby is solidly in the toddler stage and acting like a little kid!  We had our 18 month check up and he is doing really well.  Here are the stats:

Height:  32 inches (50th %tile)

Weight:  23 lbs 14 oz (25th %tile)

That is a delta of 3/4 of an inch and 1 lb 12 oz in 3 months...growing, growing, growing!  He's hitting his milestones and doing well. Hooray!

His favorite fruit is now blueberries.  Bananas are soooo yesterday.  His favorite words are hello, bye, and no, although he has plenty more in his repetoire.  

Level 1 Human

Matty received a new shirt in the mail--a "Level 1 Human" shirt.  Here he is showing it off (but not showing off the "20 Charisma points it says he has) ....

No, Matty, the shirt does not give you the power to climb stairs at will...

Summer Treat: WATERMELON!!

Matty tried some watermelon and had a grand old time eating his very own slice!

So Eileen has been away ALL WEEK for work...  The boys are getting by.

Matty is lucky enough to have both a rocking bunny and rocking dinosaur in his room right now.  (The dinosaur is on loan from his cousins). He loves rocking away!
