Even though it seems like it's raining all the time here, Matty doesn't seem to mind!

Holy Cow!

Matty and Aggie the Cow at the Museum of Agriculture on Sunday. We were attending cousin Ryan's 6th birthday party. All the kids got to "milk" Aggie before we walked over to the farm and saw all the animals.

Applesauce!

Who doesn't love applesauce? Matty tried his first food out of the yellow fruits and veggies category--applesauce! Despite the crazy faces he was making, he has been gobbling down applesauce like a champ. He's a riot. He'll make this terrible face with each bite, but then will start crying if you don't feed him fast enough.

Next up in the Matty food challenge: peaches.

Graduation Time

Matty attended cousin Ryan's kindergarten graduation. All the excitement was too much! He managed to sleep through 64 kindergarteners singing all their favorite songs, reciting a poem, and receiving their "diplomas".

Way to go Ryan! You'll do great in 1st grade!!

If the Pacifier Fits...

Ok, I know this fits somehow. Just think....how does this fit back in my mouth?

Ok. I see it, now, I think it just goes right in like this...argh. No, ok, let's look at it again. Hmmm. It should fit in my mouth...

Ok, back to the drawing board. I had it in my mouth. Then I took it out. I'm sure I can get it back in.

"Really? What is with these people and hats? Who wears a beach hat inside? This is not going to help me pick up the ladies"

Happy Anniversary

Today is our 3rd wedding anniversary! And, 1 year ago today, we found out we were pregnant with Matty! It's been a great year :-)

4 Months Old!

Matty had his 4 month check up today and did great! His new stats:
Weight: 13 lb 3 oz
Length: 24.5 inches

He's cruising along the 25th percentile curve. He showed the doctor how well he's developing and even rolled over while we were there. Matty was also very brave for his 2 shots today. He'll be trying out some solid (sort-of) foods in the coming weeks. We'll be adding baby cereal to his menu first!

Walk, er, Stand this way

Matty loves standing, but he still is a long way from walking. :) It's never too early to practice!
