I need how many shots??!!

Matty had his 2 month check-up today. He is now weighing in at 10 lbs 10 oz and is 22 and 1/4 inches--way to go! He's following the 25th percentile curve on the growth chart exactly. Poor kid had to get 3 shots today, but took them like a champ and slept for 3 hours after the trauma :-)

Katie and Nick came for a visit yesterday! We all had a nice brunch of bacon, eggs, cinnamon buns, and cantaloupe; Matty just had some formula. Katie made Matty a beautiful quilt all in blues and browns--it matches the nursery perfectly :-) It looks phenomenal--thank you!!

Good morning

Another good morning smile! Matty has mastered "rising and shining" :-) We're having a bit of a crazy hair day, but that's ok. It's supposed to be 60 degrees today--hope the weather forecasters are right!

Matty was filling in Daddy on everything we did yesterday. We spent the morning with Ryan and Brendan, had lunch with Pop and Aunt Sue, made veal marsala and asparagus for dinner--it was a busy day!

Hi Mike and Steph! Mike filled Matty in on what it was like to be a philosophy major in college. He said he "Kant" tell him not to pursue philosophy, but unless he wants to be a lawyer, he might need to find another major. I think the doctor said Matty will learn to appreciate puns in the next few months. Fingers crossed.

Matty had his 1 month doctor visit yesterday. He's already 9 lbs and 21.25 inches--keep on growing! He was a little tired from all the excitement.
